Shipping & Returns
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer free shipping for orders over $150.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are:
Saturday - Sunday 11-7pm
Please have your order confirmation email & a valid ID that matches the name on the order, when you come.
We hope you don't have to make any returns, but if you do, all full-priced items are eligible for a return, within 14 days of receipt of order. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com . You will need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we will provide our information to send your package back. Please note that we do not provide return labels. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Local returns can be returned back at our store front location, no matter how they were purchased.
All sale items and gift cards are final sale. They are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as jewelry, perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (beauty products). We also do not accept returns for Yaseat, only exchanges within 14 days after purchase. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges are eligible for all full-priced items. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. You will not receive your refund if your items do not follow the return policy guidelines. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
